What's better than ice cream? Nice cream! Made of 100% raw fruit.
Ingredients:
-1 young coconut (for the meat and the water)
-1 frozen banana
-1/2 cup frozen mango
-1/2 cup frozen pineapple
Directions:
Crack open the coconut
Pour the water into a cup and scoop out the meat.
Place the meat, banana, mango, and pineapple in a blender.
Pour in 1/4 cup coconut water and blend.
Add a small amount of water at a time until you reach desired consistency.
Be very careful not to add too much water. You don't want the nice cream to be runny.
Serve back in coconut shell or bowl.
