Roasting Peppers


Roasting peppers... sounds like another time consuming task a recipe asks you to do!  But it's not! (Yay!)

All you need is a stove top with a flame or a broiler.  

  • On the stove top - Set food on stove top rack and rotate occasionally until the skin bubbles and darkens (about 5 minutes). 
  • In the broiler - Move rack close to the broiler.  Place food on the rack or on a baking sheet.  Rotate occasionally until the skin bubbles and darkens (about 5 minutes).

SO EASY!
