Ingredients:
-2 small bananas or 1 large banana.
-Peanut butter
-Chocolate (See below)
To make the chocolate:
-2 Tablespoons cacao
-5 teaspoons non-dairy milk
-4 teaspoons raw sugar.
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Put the chocolate in a pot on very low heat and cook for about 3 minutes or until sugar is melted. Do not burn the chocolate! This is what makes them heavenly! Place in a bowl to slightly cool.Cut banana(s) into 1inch circles.
Carve out the center of the banana(s).
Place wax paper on a tray.
Put peanut butter in a plastic bag, cut hole in corner and squeeze peanut butter through hole and into the banana.
Place bananas on the wax paper.
Put bananas in freezer while making chocolate.
When the chocolate is made, dip bananas in chocolate and put back on wax paper. Place in freezer until completely frozen.
