Berry Nutty Oatmeal

 Ingredients:

-2 cups rolled oats
-3-1/4 cups water
-Sweetener or sugar to taste (I used 2 packets of Sweet Leaf Natural Stevia Sweetener).  You can even try maple syrup or agave syrup. 
-1 teaspoon Cinnamon
-Almonds, blueberries, and raspberries for garnish 
*Add nut milk if you like your oatmeal a little creamier.   


Directions:

Bring the water to a boil.
Stir in the oats and lower the heat.  
Simmer uncovered, stirring occasionally, for about 5 minutes. 
Remove from heat and cover for 2 minutes.
Stir in sweetener and cinnamon. 
Garnish with berries and almonds. 
Serve and enjoy the goodness!!
