Vegan Egg-less Nog


Eggnog or “Egg-less Nog” is a traditional holiday beverage, also used to add holiday flare to a variety of foods and beverages.

Ingredients:
-3 cups original almond milk (Soy milk works well too.  Make sure to stick to original soy, to avoid making the Egg-less Nog too sweet.  Another option is to try Unsweetened Original.  Also, stick to milks that are thicker, such as Almond Breeze or Silk. Some brands are a little watery).
-4 T agave nectar
-2 T vanilla
-½ t nutmeg
-½ (3.4 oz) package of vanilla pudding (JELL-O vanilla pudding is vegan)

Directions:


 Pour milk into a large bowl.
 Add agave, vanilla, nutmeg, and pudding.
Whisk together and... Voila!


Options:

- Serve warm with a cinnamon stick to give it a hint of cinnamon
- Add to coffee for breakfast or dessert
- Add rum for a holiday cocktail
- Replace milk with Egg-less Nog in any food or beverage recipe, such as cakes or hot chocolate
- Add vegan ice cream to make an Egg-less Nog float
- Add a candy cane to children’s beverages
- Top your favorite beverage with vegan whipped cream (Soyatoo Soy Whip is a great vegan option) and sprinkle with cinnamon
