-1 cup unsweetened soy milk (or your favorite unsweetened nondairy milk)
-3/4 cup oats
-1/4 cup pureed pumpkin
-1T +1t packed brown sugar
-1/2 teaspoon pumpkin spice
Directions:
Boil milk. Add oats to milk.Just before oats are done, add remaining ingredients.
